Abstract

In general, there are seven aspects in business feasibility study. They consist marketing, management, legal, financial, operational, social economy, and environmental aspects. Those analysis are needed by the company for knowing their position and how to reach their goals in the industry. The company would know about the barriers and opportunities in what they are doing. This research aims for analyzing the Warung Mikro outlet of Bank Syariah Mandiri Jakarta Rawamangun branch office based on the market, marketing, management, and financial aspects. This is a descriptive qualitative research using historical approach. The result of this research is that the Warung Mikro outlet of Bank Syariah Mandiri Jakarta Rawamangun branch office proved feasible to open, this is according to the analysis results on aspects mention above, mainly: (1) break even point and profit that has been achieved on seventh month, (2) forecasted cash flow achieved on ninth month.
