Abstract
Employee can be consider as company primary factor to produce and to fulfill their goals in the future and present, as a result to fulfill this goal the demand for good human resource has grow to obtain and maintain good human resource. This main pupose of this study is to investigate the impact of emotional intelligence, organizational culture and training to job satisfaction at PT. XZY. This research is descriptive research with quantitave approach by taking population as sample of 35 regular employee of PT. XYZ that works at PT. XYZ branch office Lebak Bulus and Pondok Indah Mall 1. The respondent are choosen because of their position as regular employee to describe the best result in this research. The result of this analysis in this research was tested using SPSS. The result of this research indicate that some hypotheses aren’t supported and doesn’t have positive impact. Keyword: Emotional Intelligence, Organiztional Culture, Training and Job Satisafaction.
