Abstract
DPR RI has a very important role in the government system in Indonesia, so that the work performance of human resource is very important as well. This study examines the effect of job training, work motivation and and employee engagement on the employee’s work performance in the DPR RI, especially in Committee 10th. This study uses 32 respondents. They are experts in Committee 10th DPR RI. This study uses PLS-SEM as a technique for data analysis. The results showed that job training, work motivation and employee engagement had a significant influence on the work performance of the experts.
