Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari Gaya Kepimpinan, Motivasi, dan Reward terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuesioner yang di sebarkan pada karyawan perusahaan KFC di Bekasi Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji SMARTPLS. Hasil penelitian ini Variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terbukti tidak memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan dalam pengambilan Kinerja Karyawan Karyawan KFC, variabel Motivasi terbukti memiliki pengaruh dan tidak signifikan dalam pengambilan Kinerja Karyawan Karyawan KFC, dan variabel Reward terbukti memiliki pengaruh dan signifika dalam pengambilan Kinerja Karyawan Karyawan KFC. This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Rewards on Employee Performance. This study uses a questionnaire method that is distributed to employees of KFC companies in East Bekasi. This study uses the SMARTPLS test. The results of this study that the Leadership Style Variable was proven to have no effect and was not significant in taking KFC Employee Performance, the Motivation variable was proven to have an insignificant and insignificant effect in taking KFC Employee Performance, and the Reward variable was proven to have a significant and significant effect in taking KFC Employee Performance.
