Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between financial performance, environmental performance, environmental disclosure and corporate governance on firm value with firm size and leverage as control variables. Using the purposive sampling method, the sample of this research is 50 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the agricultural industry, mining industry, basic and chemical industry, consumer goods industry and miscellaneous industry) and participate in the Company Performance Rating Program in Environmental Management ( PROPER) 2015-2019 using multiple regression analysis method with panel data. The results show that financial performance, corporate governance and leverage have a positive and significant effect on firm value, firm size has a negative and significant effect on firm value. However, environmental performance and environmental disclosure did not have an effect on firm value.
