Abstract
Bancassurance is the new insurance selling model that is hybrid for giving two benefits at once, for the insurance company and for Bank. The benefit that bancassurance sell to Bank customer is the benefits protection donation life insurance and investment in the form of the value cash. Bancassurance benefit for the Bank customer not have a much different from the other selling model of the insurance product. To know analysis factors affecting kind of trust customerfor decryption the purchase of insurance from bank that what we call bancassurance in Jabodetabek. Writes process data is descriptive, crosstab analysis, factors and regression. Research show us that credibility life insurance company, credibility Bank seller,quality of service from sales person to Customer Trust and to decision of purchase bancassurance product. The result show that all variable have an affect directly and influential in significant to Customer trust and also have the significant to the decision of purchase bancassurance product.
