Abstract
This research aims to determine factors to influence turnover intention on employee's PT XYZ Finance Indonesia Tbk Cabang Sunter. Researcher conducted a survey and 62 respondents was taken from permanent employees PT XYZ Finance Indonesia Tbk. Cabang Sunter. This research used questionnaire method to collect information from the respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The result showed that co-worker relationship and work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment, financial compensation has a positive effect on organizational commitment, furthermore job satisfaction and financial compensation has a negative effect on turnover intention.
