Abstract

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is the most important factor in the development of banking in the future. One form of influence of ICT development in the banking sector is reflected in the emergence of e-Banking. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of variables in the technology acceptance model, including perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward the behavior, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and perceived risk have an influence on intention to use on e-banking users. This study used a survey method. The respondents in this study amounted to 110 respondents as a sample, which is a user of e-Banking in 3 (three), the largest bank in Indonesia with assets above Rp 100 trillion, comprising of BRI, Bank Mandiri and BCA. The results of the analysis using Structural Equation Model (SEM) is summarized as follows: perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive influence on the attitude toward the behavior, attitude toward the behavior and perceived behavioral control have a positive influence on the intention to use. Meanwhile, subjective norm, and perceived risk failed to affect the intention to use e-Banking users.
