Banking is a public trust financial institution and has an important role in the community's economy. It is important for banks to maintain their level of profitability and corporate value so that investors can maintain their investment in the banking industry itself. This study aims to analyse the effect of credit risk, liquidity risk and good corporate governance on the profitability and company value of the banking industry. This research was conducted on banking companies, namely conventional banks (state-owned banks and private banks), which are registered with the OJK (Financial Services Authority) and the sample selection used a purposive sampling method. The independent variables used are credit risk as measured by NPL (Non-Performing Loan), liquidity risk is measured using (Loan to Deposit Ratio), and Good Corporate Governance which is measured using self-assessment indicators based on SE BI No.15 / 15 DPNP (2013 ). Profitability and Firm Value as the dependent variable, where Profitability is measured by ROA (Return on Assets), and Firm Value is measured using the (Tobin's Q) method. The results showed that, only LDR and GCG had a significant effect on profitability, which was proxies by ROA, and only NPL had a significant effect on Firm Value, which was proxies by Tobin's Q.
