Abstract
This research investigates the impact of Cost Of Fund (COF) using Weighted Average Cost Of Fund (WACOF) method on bank’s Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Return On Assets (ROA). The data being used in this research is secondary data from quarterly publication report period March 2001 up to December 2008 from PT Bank X (Persero) Tbk. This research used Simple Linear Regression Method with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) The results from this research indicate that COFisnegatively related to NIM and ROA. The other results show that COF influences bank’s NIM and ROA significantly Key words: COF, Profitability, NIM, and ROA
