Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of credit policy to Non Performing Loan (NPL) rate in Bank X This research is used financial ratio and Non Performing Loan rate comparison analysis for the last two years. The technical analysis for this research is descriptive approach. Based on the analysis showed that the credit policy and the working program in Bank X is relatively successful to decrease the NPL rate for the last two years. This situation indicates that Bank X is quiet credible to be an Anchor Bank if the company could maintain the NPL rate under 5% and keep the Good Corporate Governance for the next two years.
