Abstract
This study examines the relationship between the changes in earnings of companies that listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), Jakarta with their dividend policy. The result of cross tabulation and multinomial logit regression reveal that there u a significant correlation between changes in earnings of companies with their dividend policy.
