Abstract

The research for the study about the role of taxpayer extensification and tax intensification which are conducted by Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Saru in increasing the tax revenue. The field research and the literature review has been conducted to know the role from the taxpayer extensification and tax intensification that conducted by Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Satu. The result from this research shows that the role has been achieved successfully in increasing the tax revenue in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Satu that are indicated with the increasing taxpayer every yearand the increasing tax revenue. Although the role has been achieved successfully, but there are barriers faced by Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Satu in conducting this activity such as the low awereness of taxpayers, inaccurate data and the lack of coordination from the third parties outside Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Satu.
