Abstract
In general, mathematical approach is one of quantitative methods that can considered as a reference in business decision making. All numbers in the output linier programming provide an important information for business decision making. The objective of this paper is to introducing alternative method for evaluating performance banks of Indonesia with Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Application of DEA enable the study for using multiple input and output variable for evaluating unit and also directly comparing the result.This research use price of labor, price of funds and price of physical capital as controlled input variable and public loan, securities and other loans as output variable. DEA will indicate which Decision Making Unit (DMU) that producing input efficiently or inefficiently by considering its output level. Keywords: Data Envelopment Analysis, Bank Efficiency, Metode Non-Parametrik.
