Abstract

The Purpose of this research was to determine how much influence the training and motivation variables on the performance of employees in PT.Bank Bukopin Kantor Pusat Jakarta. To test the validity of the hypothesis that there are necessary data and opinions that come from employee’s about the motivation, training, and performance. Data explored based one judgment and worker opinion from 87 respondents. The result of data analyze by multiple Regression test shows that Ŷ= -2,980 + 0,473X1 +0,468X2, training variable ( X1) t has calculate 9,344, motivation variable (X2) t calculate 8,772. By using level significance alpha (5%) hence all variables in this research statistically is significant. Coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) 0,768, this thing means that independent variable can explain about dependent variables equal to 76,8%. F statistic test shows 143,056 it means that independent variables have an influence on employee performance of Bank Bukopin Kantor Pusat Jakarta. Based on research by multiple Regression test, it can be concluded that the variables of training, and motivation influence both individually and simultaneously. Of the two independent variables that exist, can be seen that the training variables have the most impact on performance Keyword: training, motivation, performance.
