Abstract
The Purpose of this research is to know what variables leadership, motivation, and work environment have significant influence to teacher performance in Al-Jannah Islamic School Jakarta. For testing the validity from that hypothesis it’s needed a related data from teacher’s opinion about leadership, motivation, working environment, and performance. Data explored based one judgment and worker opinion from 51 respondents. The result of data analyze by multiple regression test shows that Y = 0.439 + 0.301X1 + 0.323X2 + 0,273X3, leadership variable ( X1) t has calculate 2.212, motivation variable (X2) t calculate 2.827 and area variable ( X3) t calculate 2.054. By using level significance alpha (5%) hence all variables in this research statistically is significant. Coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) 0.649, this thing means that independent variable can explain about dependent variables equal to 64.9%. F statistic test shows 31.880 it means that independent variable influences to employee performance of Al-Jannah Islamic School Jakarta. Based on research by multiple regression tests, it can be concluded that the variables of leadership, motivation and work environment influence both individually and simultaneously. Of the three independent variables, motivations have a greater influence on employee performance.Keyword: leadership, motivation, work environment.
