Abstract
The purpose of this research is to identify and to analyse of the influence are firm size, business risk, growth of asset and profitability toward manufacturing company capital struture in automotive and allied product sub sector which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2006-2010 period. The sample used here was the secondary data. The sample was taken using the method of purposive sampling, and those meeting the selection criteria were also taken. The sample used was of 14 firm. The statistics method used here was multiplied linear regression analysis, with hypotheses testing of statistic t and F tests. The result of data analysis or regression result showed that simultaneously the firm size, business risk, growth of asset and profitability are influencial to capital structure. Particially, positively and significantly influencial toward to capital structure are firm size and growth of asset. Whereas the variable of profitability and business risk have negatively and significantly influance toward to capital structure. The amount of adjusted R-square is 0,843894, it means 84,3894 percent of dependent variable of capital structure can be explained by four independent variable, they are firm size, business risk, profitability and growth of asset, but 15,6106 percent of capital structure can be explained by other variables.
