Abstract

This study discuss about research on automotive products, which is an automobile produced by Toyota called Avanza. Automotive developments has been developed from time to time makes it as become one of the many pillars of the country's economy. At first the cars was imported from Japan, but nowadays many countries has began to produce and manufacture the cars in their own country Toyota as a market leader of this automotive products especially for 4 or more wheels type also has been a key factor to make this research become more attractive. Not to mention, Avanza has been a pioneer for this multi purpose vehicle type. Keywords : quality of products, design, price, brand, warranty, service
