Abstract
A business plan begins with an idea that is obtained by observing the development of enterprises that is popular today. A business that grows in Indonesia today is a gourmet business, such as restaurants and cafes. In the business planning, the most important thing that has to be done is feasibility study. The function of feasibility study is to help investors to predict the opportunities that arise in the future, so that the risk can be minimized. Business feasibility study consists of several aspects that should be studied both as a market and marketing aspects, and the aspects of human resource management, technical and technological aspects and financial aspects. The feasibility study will result in a decision about the feasibility of the business. In the decision-making process in a company requires a method you are using a method of budgeting for capital that consists of the calculation of the NPV, IRR, PI, and the DPP. This method is discussed in the financial aspect that gives rise to a decision if the business will run decent or not in accordance with the provisions of each calculation. On the basis of the obtained estimates positive NPV Rp 134,105,314.32, IRR of 58.8%, 2.138 PI, and the DPP for 2 years 6 months. Based on the results of the retrieved calculation by the method of capital budgeting, it can be concluded that the effort that will be established requirements to run because the results of these calculations have met the criteria eligibility of business.
